We look at the job and agree the figure before any work begins, and nothing is added to it afterwards. If the scope changes during the visit we stop and ask you before carrying on.
A handover walk before we leave
At the end of the visit we walk the place with you. Anything you point at is redone in the same visit, not booked for another one, and at no extra cost.
We keep the time, and tell you if we cannot
We arrive when we said we would. If that becomes impossible you hear it before the appointment rather than after, because waiting without knowing how long is worse than a delay you were told about.

How is the price decided?
By the property type, its area and the task list you want. We ask about those over
WhatsApp or the phone and send the price before booking a time. No work starts
before you approve the figure.
Do you cover my district?
We cover every district in the city. Send the district name on WhatsApp and we
confirm coverage and the next available slot.
Do you bring your own materials and equipment?
Yes. Steam and extraction machines and all materials are ours. If you prefer
specific products for a health reason or a particular surface, tell us in advance
and we will use them.
How long does an apartment or villa take?
It depends on area, room count and the type of service, a deep clean takes several
times as long as a routine one. We give an estimated duration with the price,
before you book.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Before the crew leaves we walk the property with you. Anything you point out is
redone on the same visit at no extra cost. The job is not closed until then.
Do you offer contracts for commercial premises?
Yes, for offices, restaurants, hotels, malls, clinics and schools, on a daily,
weekly or monthly basis, with a fixed crew and an agreed task schedule.
