Terms and Privacy Policy

This page sets out how we agree work, what we guarantee, and what we do with your data. Everything below is what we actually practise, not copied boilerplate.

Part one: terms of service

Scope and price

Every job is agreed as a written scope with a price against it. Anything added afterwards is priced before it is carried out, never after. The figure you approve is the figure you pay.

Appointments

If the crew is going to be late you are told before the appointment, not after it. If you need to move a booking, tell us as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else.

Acceptance of the work

The crew walks the property with you before leaving. Anything you point out is redone on the same visit at no extra charge. A job is not closed until you have said it is.

What we cannot promise

Some stains do not come out. Permanent dyes, old oil-based marks and acid etching on stone are physical limits, not effort limits. We say which category yours falls into at the inspection, before you pay, not afterwards.

Access and safety

We need access to the areas being worked on and a nearby water source. The materials we use are safe once dry, not while drying, so we ask that children and pets stay out of a room until it has dried.

Part two: privacy policy

What we hold

The minimum needed to carry out the job: a name, a contact number, an address, and what was agreed. Photographs of the work, where the client has agreed to them.

What we do not do

We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use your address or photographs of your property in advertising without asking first.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the work and any follow-up, and for whatever period accounting obligations require. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record.

Getting in touch about your data

Use the same phone or WhatsApp number as for everything else. The request goes to the same people, and it is not routed through a form.
