About us

We are a Jeddah cleaning company with a permanent crew and our own equipment. That sentence carries more weight than it looks: most of what goes wrong in this trade goes wrong because neither of those two things is true.

Why the crew being ours matters

A company that assembles day labour for each job cannot train anyone, cannot send the same people back, and cannot take responsibility when something is damaged, because the person who did it has already moved on. Our cleaners are on our payroll. If a piece comes out wrong, the same team returns to it.

Why owning the equipment matters

Steam machines and wet-extraction units are the difference between cleaning the surface of a fabric and cleaning what has soaked into it. Renting them means waiting for whoever has them today, which is how a confirmed appointment quietly becomes next week. Ours travel with the crew.

What we put in writing before we start

• A scope. What is covered, and just as importantly what is not.
• A price against that scope. Anything added later is priced before it is done, not after.
• A time. If the crew is running late you hear before the slot, not after it.
• A walk-through. Nothing is closed until you have seen it and said so.

What we will tell you not to book

If a sofa needs reupholstering rather than washing, or a floor needs grinding rather than cleaning, we say so, even when it means no job for us. A visit that was never needed costs us more in trust than it earns in fees.
