We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Wadi is an industrial zone in south Jeddah between heavy goods roads and storage facilities, with few homes surrounded by warehousing. Diesel soot clings to every surface and is heavier than ordinary dust, more oily and more stubborn. Offices and residential flats here need cleaning with stronger solutions to remove the grease, and lorries do not stop.
Heavy diesel soot clings with force to everything, floors leave a lasting dark mark where soot is walked in, and curtains blacken very quickly. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Al Wadi is an industrial district and heavy lorries pass among warehouses all day and night. Diesel engines lift very dark, greasy soot that clings to walls, curtains and floors. Plain solution does not remove it; we need stronger solutions, then scrubbing, then drying.
Few homes in Al Wadi are surrounded by warehouses and loading yards. Dust comes from the road, the warehouses and every direction at once. Windows are limited and ventilation difficult, so soot accumulates quickly.
Al Wadi sits close to the coast and humidity makes soot cling more. Walls and cupboards absorb both moisture and soot together, leaving a very strong oily smell.
An industrial district in south Jeddah with modern storage facilities and warehouse infrastructure, heavy goods routes like Nasser bin Eid Street and King Faisal branch road, and continuous lorry traffic.
Dust falls from above but heavy soot stays low on surfaces and floors. We start by clearing air through low openings, then vacuum soot from below upward.
Cement residue and soot on floors is scraped carefully, not wiped directly, then we apply greasy soot removal solution before washing.
Glass holds a dark soot film and ceramic shows black residue; we clean with specialist greasy soot solution then rinse with warm water several times.
Paint spatter from renovation on walls is scraped first, then soot residue on walls is wiped with specialist solution, not washed directly as water spreads soot.
Stickers are removed slowly and adhesive residue wiped carefully so no soot remains trapped underneath.
Floors are washed with warm water and specialist greasy soot detergent several times, then rinsed with cold water until completely clean.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial district means diesel soot arrives from every direction and clings with force to every surface. Cleaning must use stronger solutions to remove the grease, not simple surface wiping.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Wadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
