We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Wadi is both industrial and residential in south Jeddah, with modern warehouses and heavy truck routes with factories and workshops surrounding villas on all sides. Oily industrial soot and heavy dust from trucks and machinery falls on the villa every day. Cleaning a villa here is harder than other districts because industrial soot builds up fast, windows blacken and fabrics smell.
Villas here are mostly old and surrounded by modern warehouses and industrial facilities. Thick oily soot settles on curtains and windows faster than anywhere else. For the method itself, see how we approach villa cleaning.
Al Wadi is purely industrial, trucks and machinery leave thick oily soot on every surface. Modern warehouses and workshops send up fumes, paint and oil vapour. Windows blacken in weeks, curtains smell and floors leave black marks even if you mopped yesterday.
Villas in Al Wadi are old with simple ceramic tile or red cement floors. Oily soot compacts into the pores and leaves permanent black marks. A deep clean may not remove all soot marks if they have been there for years.
The villa is surrounded by warehouses of paint and oils and batteries. Smells come in through windows and doors. Ventilation is weak and stale air traps smells. Fabrics absorb the oily odours.
An industrial and residential area together in south Jeddah near Al Khumrah, warehouses and workshops and factories surround villas, and heavy roads carry constant truck traffic.
High ceilings and light fittings hold thick oily soot layers from industrial sources. High surfaces are hard to reach without equipment and need specialist work.
Stairs and handrails take longer because soot sticks hard and metal needs special products. Hand marks are black from soot.
The kitchen is one of the worst areas in Al Wadi because oily soot concentrates on cupboards and appliances. Surfaces need strong products, not water and soap.
Bathrooms need separate treatment for soot and deposits together. Corners and grout need hard scrubbing because soot goes deep.
Windows and their tracks blacken fast and tracks clog with thick deposits. They need deep cleaning or movement becomes hard.
Entrances and thresholds take a long time because soot comes in from the industrial street directly. Glass doors are black from soot.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial area means oily soot enters the villa from the air itself, not ordinary dirt. Cleaning needs strong products and regular repeating because soot returns fast.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Wadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
