We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Dahiyah is a relatively modern south Jeddah district under the Middle Ring Road where wide areas have been brought to full development with new networks. The district is mixed between villas, apartments and ground floor shops, and every plot is under construction or newly completed. Dust here is relatively clean but very heavy, and ongoing building around each villa means cleaning after construction must anticipate rapid re-soiling.
The difference is clear: the district is new so construction dust is clean and not oily, but activity from the street and neighbouring sites means dust returns fast. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Dahiyah grew fast and building around each villa has not stopped. Cleaning may take two days, but lorries and diggers beside the house lift fresh dust before furniture arrives. We recommend choosing a cleaning week when neighbouring construction is on break.
Villas above shops in Al Dahiyah have shops below still in final stages or newly opened, and moving furniture, cleaning and fitting shelves downstairs lifts extra dust that rises through the building. Dust load from both floors combined is higher than villa-only areas.
Streets in Al Dahiyah are newly laid and asphalt may be very new, and vehicle and lorry traffic lifts dust from the road. Villas close to the street take dust from new asphalt and neighbouring sites together.
A modern district in south Jeddah within the Middle Ring Road, ongoing construction and newly paved roads, with shops, mosques and schools opening and beginning operations.
Dust falls from above and activity from the street and the shop below lifts it upward. We open only one window on the side away from the street and expel heavy air outside.
Cement residue on floors is scraped carefully before any washing, then rinsed with water so dust settles.
Glass and new ceramic hold fine building dust; we clean with specialist solution and rinse several times.
Paint spatter on walls and ceilings is scraped first, then walls are wiped with a damp cloth to collect remaining dust.
Stickers on gaps and floors are removed slowly and adhesive residue wiped with dilute solution.
Floors are washed with warm water then rinsed several times with cold water, then dried quickly.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means the villa has a shop below and is surrounded by building activity. Dust comes from two storeys and the street together, and cleaning must prepare for rapid re-soiling from ongoing construction and traffic around the neighbourhood.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Villas close to the Middle Ring Road, 80th Street and the new Al Dahiyah markets receive heavy traffic from the main road. We inspect the villa's position relative to the Middle Ring Road and neighbouring shops to determine where dust enters, then open windows to direct soiled air away from the villa.
We provide these in Al Dahiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
