We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Taybah is a newly established northern district near Wadi Obhur on Asfan Road, with land subdivisions and villas still under construction. The district is new and building is active all around, dust mixes with gravel from excavated land and wind carries it from multiple directions. The northern location means drier air than the coast but open ground brings coarse sand.
Location near the wadi and open land means morning humidity and coarse dust from gravel, and northern winds carry heavy sand toward the villas. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Taybah is new and construction is active everywhere. New villas are surrounded by land subdivisions under development on east, west and south. Dust arrives from three directions simultaneously, and windows and doors are not yet sealed. Initial post-construction cleaning may need repetition if building around the villa continues.
Taybah is in the north and northerly winds are strong, carrying coarse sand from excavated land around the villa. This sand penetrates unsealed windows and doors and scratches floors instantly. Hard and careful sweeping is essential, and mopping requires heavy water and rapid drying.
Wadi Obhur is close and humidity is high at dawn. This moisture penetrates under doors and through wall cracks and mixes with dust, creating a bonded layer on surfaces. Dry wiping does not remove it, water alone may not suffice. Soap, hot water, rapid drying and good ventilation are essential.
A newly established northern district near Wadi Obhur on Asfan Road between Al Sawari to the west, Al Bashair to the east and Al Asalah to the south, laid out as land subdivisions with villas still under construction.
Coarse sand from northerly winds falls fast, very hard sweep first thing then work top down.
Cement spots with gravel and humidity need strong soap and hot water, careful scraping then a strong final rinse.
Glass and mirrors carry wind-blown sand and morning damp, use hot soapy water and dry cloths then final buff.
Paint specks may mix with sand and gravel, scrape gently and clean with hot water.
Stickers and adhesive come off easily but glue residue may stay and need weak acid or alcohol.
Floors are washed twice with hot water and dried very fast with fans and continuous ventilation.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development here means active building on three adjoining sites and northern location brings strong winds and open ground. Construction dust mixes with coarse sand from excavated plots, and morning humidity from the wadi bonds it all together. Cleaning must treat multiple contamination layers together.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
