A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Taybah is a newly established northern district near Wadi Obhur, with villas still under construction on newly subdivided land. East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to open ground and hills, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. New homes here need different care because new furniture and flooring have not yet settled into the routines that come after the first year.
New furniture in the new homes here traps coarse dust very quickly, and mattresses and sofas become heavy before the household has even fully settled in. For the method itself, see the full house cleaning page.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea, so air is drier and dust coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the cleaning routine, much more so than in coastal districts.
Newly built villas with brand new marble floors are vulnerable to scratching from fine sand if it is not swept first. The desert sand is paler in colour but harder than coastal grit and far easier to etch into stone.
Water from roof tanks leaves grey sediment in taps and basins because new excavations carry fine sand. Brand new basins and gleaming taps show deposits immediately and need careful attention to restore shine without etching.
Located on Asfan Road between Al Sawari to the west and Al Bashaer to the east, the district is laid out as land subdivisions with villas still under construction and close to Wadi Obhur, schools and markets.
Coarse dust descending from above in east Jeddah is heavier and paler than coastal dust, so we start from the highest point carefully and remove dust before it spreads downward to settled surfaces.
Bathrooms in new homes need a specialist product for grey sediment from roof tanks, because new water systems leave heavier deposits than established household water pipes.
New kitchen surfaces are gleaming but delicate, so we clean them gently and use products that are safe for brand new finishes and will not scratch the shine.
New marble floors are swept carefully before mopping because fine grit scratches them easily, so all loose grit is removed before any water touches the stone.
New glass and mirrors are gleaming and delicate, so we clean them with gentle product and light wiping to avoid leaving scratches on the new surface.
New touch points and bins are sanitised with care, and food waste containers are emptied immediately so no odours settle into the new home.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New homes in a newly established district need special care because furniture and flooring have not yet hardened and settled.
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
