We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Taybah is a newly established northern district on Asfan Road, surrounded by vast vacant plots and villas still under construction nearby. The drier air and coarse dust from the hills and open ground enter a new home quickly, so villas here need seasonal deep cleaning by a team that tackles each floor and every high surface systematically.
Curtains, sofas and carpets become heavy with coarse dust within weeks, and high surfaces gather a visible grey layer surprisingly quickly from the surrounding open ground. For the method itself, see how we approach villa cleaning.
New homes are surrounded by ungraded land that releases fine, coarse dust with every wind. This dust is different from coastal soot because it is dry and hard: it settles on every surface and does not stick the same way oily workshop grit does, but it scratches marble and ceramic floors easily if not swept before mopping.
Taybah's new villas have marble floors and fresh finishes, but ongoing construction around the district means construction dust continues to enter during maintenance and development of neighbouring sites. New staircases, windows and railings need special care because they have not yet weathered heavy dust exposure, and new plaster and paint are sensitive to abrasion.
Proximity to Wadi Obhur and the hills provides better natural ventilation, and humidity is lower than in the coastal zone, so mildew and musty smells are less frequent problems here. Coarse dry dust remains the main issue, requiring consistent monthly cleaning routines and protection of new marble and tile surfaces from scratch damage.
A district situated on higher ground near the mountains around Wadi Obhur, with large undeveloped land surrounding the new homes, and drier air with less coastal humidity than the waterfront areas.
High surfaces and upper windows gather coarse dust quickly from surrounding vacant plots and need regular deep cleaning with safe access equipment to maintain the finish.
New staircases with white railings or glass panels show fingerprints and dust marks rapidly; thorough sweeping before mopping prevents scratching the fresh surfaces and finishes.
New kitchen finishes and marble floors must be swept carefully first, as vigorous sweeping can scratch them; mopping with marble safe products preserves the shine and surface protection.
New bathrooms with marble and ceramic floors need gentle cleaning because acidic products can damage fresh surfaces; neutral pH products suit these new finishes better.
New windows and frames need regular attention because coarse dust settles fast in the tracks and becomes hard to remove later; weekly track cleaning prevents dust binding to the channels.
Outdoor entrances and new marble thresholds and paving need protection from grit and dust by frequent sweeping before people enter, as coarse particles scratch new stone quickly.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means villas are fresh and finishes are sensitive to coarse dust and fine grit tracked in from surrounding vacant ground. Cleaning here differs because it focuses on protecting new surfaces from scratch damage, and thorough sweeping before mopping is always essential.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
