We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Bashaer is a new district in east Jeddah on the Asfan ring road, with brand new villas and apartment buildings sitting beside subdivisions still under construction. The district is inland from the coast and the air is drier, but the dust is coarser and paler because it comes from exposed ground and vacant plots. Ongoing construction around the villa kicks up clouds of dust daily, and the new marble floors show every speck in sharp relief.
The dust here is coarser and paler than coastal dust, creeping under doors and settling on every surface quickly because ongoing construction in surrounding areas releases constant clouds of dry soil and sand. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Al Bashaer is under development, and surrounding plots, vacant land and building schemes have constant excavation and construction releasing dust and sand. This dust is coarse, dry and different from coastal dust, spreading easily on dry air into every open window. It settles on surfaces before sunset and is pale in colour, making it very visible on new dark tiles and glass.
Far from the sea, the air is dry, and dust does not settle as quickly as it does on the coast. It stays suspended and drifts into the house multiple times before settling finally. Repeated rinsing and strong continuous ventilation are necessary to clear it, and windows must stay closed during dust-raising activity in neighbouring plots.
Exposed land around the villa releases fine sand and grit that enters on footsteps. The new glossy marble floors show every grain of sand prominently, and any walking on unswept sand leaves visible scratches. Dry sweeping must be thorough and complete before any water touches the floor.
A new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan Ring Road, with newly built villas and apartment buildings sitting beside under-construction schemes and rest houses, bounded by Al Furusiyah Road to the east and neighbouring Taybah, Al Falah and Al Rahmaniyah.
Coarse dry dust falls from above and stays suspended in dry air; we begin at ceilings and work downward with strong continuous ventilation to push it out of the house.
Cement residue mixed with field sand needs vigorous dry sweeping first, then light misting before scraping to avoid grinding sand into surrounding clean areas.
Glass and ceramic hold fine sand that leaves scratches if wiped dry; we dry sweep first with soft broom, then use clean water and soft cloth with immediate drying.
Paint spatter carries sand and needs careful dry removal to avoid grinding particles into the surface; we then rinse with clean water without harsh scrubbing.
Stickers and adhesive trap sand underneath and are removed before full washing to avoid scattering loose grains across the floor.
Floors need vigorous dry sweeping first to remove all sand and grit, then light misting before mopping, then careful drying to prevent sand scratches under the mop head and to stop dust re-settling as standing water evaporates.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Villas and apartments between Asfan Ring Road and Al Bashair Mosque are surrounded by under-construction schemes and vacant plots, so cleaning work starts at windows and external doors first to prevent further dust drifting in from the active construction in neighbouring areas.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Bashaer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
