We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Falah is a new mixed district north of Jeddah beside King Abdullah Sports City, where coarse building dust from the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads settles faster and deeper than on the coast. This dust is paler, drier and heavier, works its way under doors, and sits on every ceramic tile and marble surface by dawn. Post-construction cleaning here deals with sediment from new roof tanks, grit that scratches the polished floors, and dust that enters through shop frontages at street level.
Coarse dust enters under doors and settles on every surface overnight, making curtains, mattresses and soft furnishings heavier with sediment than they would be in coastal districts. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
New roof tank water leaves thick grey sediment deposits on wash basins, taps and ceramic surfaces. These deposits do not lift with ordinary wiping and need careful scraping that avoids scratching the surface. Every apartment block and villa in Al Falah faces this issue from the day water first flows, and the deposits harden as the tank settles.
Coarse dust from the open ground carries fine grit that scratches ceramic tile and marble if the floor is wiped before dry removal. Al Falah is a new district with polished floors, and grit leaves visible lines in strong light. Dry sweeping and suction come before any water wash, or the scratches are permanent.
Commercial shops in Al Falah open directly on to the street, and coarse street dust enters through them and rises into the apartments above. Cleaning homes above shops needs special care for entry doors and street-facing windows, because outside dust returns fast from the surrounding environment and settles inside again within hours.
Al Falah is bounded by open ground and hills, with drier air and coarser, paler dust than coastal areas. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in apartment blocks and marble in villas, with commercial shops at street level where they open directly to the street.
Coarse dust from open ground and hills falls more horizontally than vertically, so window sills, ledges and door tracks need careful attention, and sweeping dust from corners and baseboards out toward the centre stops it settling deeper into corners.
Cement residue on ceramic and marble surfaces leaves white marks after drying, and careful scraping from edges and corners inward removes it without deep gouging that scratches the polished surface.
Grey sediment film from new roof tanks on glass and wash basins needs a mild solvent, not cold water alone, and dry buffing afterwards removes final marks and prevents water spots.
Paint specks on glossy marble and ceramic show immediately, and gentle scraping removes them without the heavy pressure that scratches the surface or leaves gouges.
Adhesive stickers on new glass leave stubborn residue, and careful scraping removes the label itself; a gentle solvent then lifts remaining adhesive marks without damaging the glass edge or frame.
Both ceramic tile and marble in the district are polished and the final wash needs clean water and dry buffing with lint-free cloths to prevent fibre deposits or dust specks settling on wet surfaces.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Access to Al Falah from the north runs close to King Abdullah Sports City, and work moves from apartments and villas near Al Falah Park through the central commercial area around Al Falah Plaza, then to the residential streets and the secondary areas in between.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Falah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
