We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Quba is a small mixed district where shops sit beneath flats and blocks, and the coarse dry dust from the open ground behind the ring roads enters through every door and window. Post-construction cleaning here must pull heavy dust from ceramic floors before it settles into fabric and curtains, because the air is drier than on the coast and dust clings more.
Curtains, mattresses and sofas collect very fine coarse dust rapidly after finishing, and become much heavier than furniture in the humid coastal districts. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Most flat floors are ceramic tile, and grit from the street scratches it if not swept before mopping. Dry dust settles deep in the joints between tiles and returns quickly in the first weeks after finishing. Grout lines trap a fine powder that ordinary wiping cannot reach.
Water from roof tanks leaves a grey sediment film in every bath and kitchen sink. These deposits need careful scraping, not ordinary cleaning, and they will reset if not removed before any other washing. The deposits are heaviest in the first days after water first runs.
The dry air in east Jeddah makes fine dust cling to fabric much more than the humid coast. Curtains after finishing carry a thick layer of dust and need soaking and rinsing in water before hanging again. Mattresses and upholstery release dust for weeks after the initial clean.
Quba lies close to the University of Jeddah Road in the north, surrounded by relatively open ground. The air is drier and dust is lighter in colour than in the coastal districts, and it enters under doors quickly.
Coarse dry dust falls from high surfaces and windows quickly and settles on floors before furniture, so we start from ceilings and high walls and work downward into every corner.
Cement and plaster traces in tile joints need careful scraping that does not remove grout, especially around thresholds and corners where builders pile debris while finishing.
Glass and metal frames carry a film of sand and dust, and there may be white cement traces in corners that need scraping then rinsing to prevent them returning during later mopping.
Paint spatter on ceramic and glass is dry and hard, so we scrape it carefully before washing to prevent leaving marks and flecks across the floor during final water work.
Protective stickers and advertisement labels on glass and tile are removed by rinsing with warm water then scraping away any remaining adhesive gently to avoid scratching the surface.
Floors are swept dry first to lift all grit, then mopped with clean water, then rinsed a final time to remove remaining dust, paint traces and cement powder.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Quba too, and more than one can share a single visit.
