We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rimal is a new subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah among vacant plots and scattered building. The name means sands and the location is inland from the coast, the air is drier than the shoreline but soot and oils from nearby heavy vehicle routes reach the villas. Construction dust here mixes with diesel soot.
Building is sparse and vacant plots plentiful, but nearby heavy routes bring soot and oils that settle on new villas. The air is drier but the pollutants are harsher than in interior districts. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Rimal is inland but close to heavy truck routes. Fine construction dust mixes with diesel smoke from the vehicles, creating an oily layer on glass and all exposed surfaces. Dry wiping spreads the soot, and water alone will not clean it. Soap and hot water and rapid drying are essential.
New villas are surrounded by partly excavated plots, sand and fine gravel. Wind carries this grit into the villa and exposes marble and ceramic floors to scratch damage. Floor sweeping needs far more frequency, and if ground work around the villa continues, a second clean is needed within days.
New villas often have windows and doors still open or not yet sealing tightly. Even after the first clean, soot and dust re-enter quickly through these gaps. Final cleaning should be delayed until all windows and doors seal completely, otherwise dust returns within days.
Al Rimal is a far south subdivision whose name means sands, sitting inland of Al Marsa within the same outlying cluster of districts. Like its neighbours it shows almost no named local roads, mosques or other public facilities on current maps, indicating a plan still awaiting significant construction.
Soot and grit fall fast together, hard sweep first thing then work top down with soap and hot water.
Cement spots and oily deposits together need strong soap and very hot water, careful scraping then a final rinse.
Glass needs double washing because soot continues falling from the nearby road, use hot soapy water and buff dry with clean cloths.
Paint specks may mix with soot and grit, scrape gently and clean with hot soapy water.
Stickers and adhesive come off easily but glue residue may remain and may need weak acid.
Floors are washed with strong soap and hot water twice to prevent oils leaving marks on marble.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development here means many vacant plots and little building immediately around the villa, but nearby heavy traffic routes bring pollutants unrelated to local site work. Soot and oils from trucks are the main issue here, not the surrounding bare land alone.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
