We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Rimal is a newly developing residential subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah on open sandy land, waiting for major building to begin. A new villa here sits surrounded by vast empty plots and faces pale, dry dust from the sandy ground, with light salt carried from the relatively close coast.
New villas in Al Rimal face pale sandy dust entering constantly from the open ground. This dust is finer than rocky dust but creeps into every space and settles on new furniture. For the method itself, see how we approach villa cleaning.
Al Rimal is surrounded by very open sandy land, and winds carry pale fine dust that enters every gap. New furniture, windows and metal details show dust immediately. This differs from coarse rocky dust as it is more penetrating.
The subdivision is not directly on the coast but sits close enough that salt reaches it. The effect is much weaker than in coastal areas. Windows and metal may show light salt deposits after weeks rather than days.
The subdivision awaits major development and land may change soon. Current dust may be temporary but it is heavy. Every part of the villa is exposed to dust, and frequent cleaning is needed even before major building starts.
The subdivision is very new and building has not yet started on a large scale. The land is open, sandy and unpaved with no defined infrastructure. Salt from the relatively nearby coast reaches here but with less force than in directly coastal areas.
High surfaces and light show a layer of pale fine dust that settles fast on new furniture.
New stairs may be slippery from fine sandy dust, and protection is needed in the early phase.
The new kitchen and counters need protection from dust entering through open windows during construction and commissioning.
New bathrooms show light salt deposits quickly, and regular cleaning prevents buildup.
New windows and seals hold fine sandy dust, and careful frame cleaning matters.
External entrance is exposed to sandy dust from the ground around the villa, with thresholds needing sand protection.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the villa sits surrounded by empty sandy plots still awaiting development. Fine sandy dust enters constantly and cleaning is frequent even without active building nearby. Expectation is repeated cleaning in the early years until infrastructure develops around the subdivision.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
