We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Marsa is a new subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah on the coastal side, where building is scattered and vacant plots surround each villa. Moist sea air mixes with construction dust to form a sticky layer on glass and seaward facing surfaces, and salt in the air leaves marks that dry wiping cannot remove.
Proximity to the coast means high humidity and salt in the air, affecting glass, metals and stone much more than in inland districts, requiring specialised cleaning of exposed surfaces. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Al Marsa is close to the sea and humidity is high. Fine construction dust mixed with sea moisture creates a sticky coating on glass and tile. Dry wiping does not remove it, and water alone will not clean it properly. Warm soapy water and rapid drying are essential.
The coastal location means salt aerosol in the air. Salt leaves white deposits on glass, mirrors, door frames and window frames. Ordinary wiping only moves it around, and weak acid or vinegar may be needed to remove it completely. New seaward facing surfaces are most affected.
New marble in Al Marsa is exposed to sea salt and moisture from below doors. Moisture may creep in from outside, and salt deposits on the surface. Cleaning requires very fast drying, and protective sealant application after the initial clean may be needed to prevent salt returning quickly.
Al Marsa is a far south subdivision whose name means harbour or anchorage, lying on the western, more coastal side of the outlying cluster of districts, with no mosques or schools yet named on maps, indicating a plan still at a very early stage.
Dust mixed with salt and humidity falls fast, sweep first thing then work top down with warm water.
Salt deposits and cement spots together need warm soapy water then weak acid if salt stains persist.
Glass and mirrors need double washing to remove salt and moisture, warm water and soap then dry cloth then final buff.
Paint specks may mix with salt, scrape gently and wash with warm water.
Stickers and adhesive may be bonded by moisture, weak acid or alcohol may be needed to remove adhesive residue.
Floors are washed with warm water and dried very fast so moisture does not seep under doors leaving salt stains.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Marsa is accessed via Al Lith Road from the north or may be reached from the Ring Road or Jeddah Axial Road, and proximity to Jeddah Second Industrial City means the location is isolated but easily reached by the team and equipment.
We provide these in Al Marsa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
