We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rabiyah is a newly planned villa district at the far southern edge of Jeddah, where construction is active all around and vacant plots surround each home. Dust arrives from multiple directions simultaneously, and post-construction cleaning here requires faster repeat cycles because ongoing building activity constantly resettles dust that has been removed.
New villas in Al Rabiyah are surrounded by vacant plots and construction on both sides, and dust enters through unsealed windows and under doors continuously throughout the day. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Al Rabiyah is a new plan and construction surrounds it. New villas are hemmed in by excavated plots, equipment and workers on the rear and both sides. Dust does not come from one direction but from three or four, entering the villa all day through windows and doors that have not yet sealed tightly. First-time cleaning must acknowledge this and plan for repeat work soon after.
Around each villa lie partly excavated plots, sand and fine gravel. Wind carries this grit into the villa and exposes marble and ceramic floors to continuous scratching risk. Floor sweeping requires far more frequency, and if the surrounding site work continues, a second sweep and mop must follow within days.
New villas often have windows and doors still open or not yet sealing tightly. Even after the first clean, dust re enters quickly through these gaps. Final cleaning should be delayed until all windows and doors seal completely, otherwise a second clean becomes necessary within days.
Al Rabiyah is a residential subdivision in south Jeddah named after slightly raised ground, sited alongside other new developments at the city's southern fringe, with villa and apartment plots available but little built yet and minimal mapped infrastructure.
Dust from every direction falls fast, sweep hard first thing, then work top down throughout, and return to sweep again after each mop.
Cement spots may come from multiple building sites around the villa, scrape carefully and do not damage new surfaces, then rinse with clean water.
Glass needs double washing because outside dust keeps settling, use warm soapy water and buff dry with clean cloths.
Paint specks may mix with grit from the surrounding ground, scrape gently so new ceramic does not scratch.
Stickers and adhesive come off easily, but fine gravel may leave marks on flooring where cleaning was done.
Floors need two sweeps and two mops to prevent fine gravel leaving trails on new marble.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development here means active building on multiple adjacent sites, not just the villa itself. The villa sits surrounded by excavated plots, equipment and workers, and dust enters from every side. Final cleaning must either be delayed or repeated depending on when surrounding construction truly ends.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Villas in Al Rabiyah are usually accessed from Al Lith Road to the north or via the Ring Road from the west, and proximity to the Jeddah Axial Road brings the team close but also means intense construction traffic continues around the location.
We provide these in Al Rabiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
