We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Mawj is the southernmost of the far south Jeddah subdivisions, its name meaning the wave. The district has a small old locality alongside new plots, building is scattered and vacant land surrounds each villa. Coastal location means high humidity and salt in the air, but distance from the city means less dense pollutants than inner districts.
Proximity to the sea means high humidity but lower pollutant load, and vacant plots surround villas bringing natural gravel and sand. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Mawj is close to the sea and humidity is high, but building is minimal and vacant land with natural sand and gravel around the villa is the main issue. Moisture penetrates under doors and sand enters through windows. Mopping requires warm water and rapid drying.
Ground around the villa is partly dug and full of natural sand and gravel from the original terrain. Wind carries this grit easily into the villa and exposes marble and ceramic to scratching. Floor sweeping needs both force and care.
Al Mawj is distant from the city centre and winds here are strong, carrying salt and moisture straight from the sea. The new villa is surrounded by strong winds, and new paintwork and glass may be affected quickly. Shelter after cleaning matters.
Al Mawj is the southernmost of this cluster of far south Jeddah subdivisions whose name means the wave, containing a small older locality known as Junayb Sharah alongside the newer subdivided plots, lying close to where the regional Al Lith highway continues south, though the district has very little built development.
Grit and sand with moisture fall fast, hard sweep first then work top down with warm water.
Cement spots with salt deposits need soap and warm water then weak acid if salt stains persist.
Glass and mirrors carry salt and grit, use warm soapy water and dry cloth then final buff.
Paint specks may mix with salt and grit, scrape gently and clean with warm water.
Stickers and adhesive come off easily but glue residue may stay and need weak acid.
Floors are washed with warm water and dried very fast to prevent moisture seeping in under doors.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development here means large vacant plots and minimal building, and the coastal location adds salt and humidity. It is not just removing post-construction dust but protecting against salt, moisture and strong winds that will continue as long as land remains vacant around the villa.
We provide these in Al Mawj too, and more than one can share a single visit.
