A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Rimal is a new subdivision on relatively low-lying ground in far south Jeddah where construction continues and vacant plots dominate. It sits close to Jeddah Second Industrial City and heavy goods routes. New homes face three simultaneous problems: dust from open ground, diesel soot from heavy traffic, and moisture from industrial proximity. Cleaning must address each problem distinctly.
Dust, soot and moisture enter new homes together. The air carries industrial smell. New furniture gets dirty from soot rapidly. Floors and curtains need cleaning more frequently than inland areas. For the method itself, see the full house cleaning page.
Extensive vacant ground around the subdivision raises heavy dust. The nearby industrial zone releases additional dust. New homes soil rapidly. Cleaning focuses on dust removal from surfaces and curtains.
Heavy truck routes nearby release black greasy soot. Curtains, sofas and walls turn black. Light switches become oily. Cleaning must start with grease-removal products first.
Proximity to the industrial zone and sea means elevated moisture. Slightly lower ground pools dampness. Bathrooms and kitchens need specialised products. Mould may appear rapidly.
The subdivision sits at the far southern edge on slightly lower ground. Vacant land is extensive and building is active. The Second Industrial City is nearby with truck routes passing close.
Dust and soot enter from all directions together. We start at ceiling and light fittings before other surfaces.
Bathrooms are new and industrial moisture enters easily. We use sanitiser products and complete drying.
Kitchens are new and soot enters from windows. We prioritise upper surfaces and areas near vents.
New floors attract dust and soot that scratch them. We sweep hard before mopping. We use grease-removal products.
Windows and mirrors are new and soot blackens frames. We use grease-removal product then vinegar solution.
Touch points and switches are new and oily from soot. We use grease-removal products. We finish with a systematic pass through all touch areas.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new home in a difficult location means multiple problems hit at once. Dust, soot and moisture rise rapidly. Cleaning uses multiple product types. We focus on protection, ventilation and specialised formulation for each problem.
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
