We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Taybah is a newly established northern district near Wadi Obhur on Asfan Road, with villas under construction and vacant plots. The air is drier than the coast and dust is coarser, the sun is stronger. Water dirties rapidly from gravel, sand and coarse dust. The filter needs frequent backwashing and water constantly appears cloudy.
Coarse dust and gravel enter the water. Water appears cloudy and even a brand new filter struggles with it. Strong sun speeds chlorine consumption. For the method itself, see our guide to swimming pool cleaning.
Taybah sits close to vacant land and unpaved roads around Wadi Obhur. Dust is coarser than in coastal districts. Large particles accumulate on the pool floor and the filter needs frequent backwashing.
Air is drier and sun is stronger in the east. Water loses moisture and chlorine is consumed rapidly. Minerals in the water concentrate more. We measure chlorine and pH frequently.
Water in the east is harder than on the coast. White deposits form on walls and the filter. New pipes combined with hard water mean heavy scale buildup.
A newly established eastern district on Asfan Road near Wadi Obhur. Villas and vacant land under construction. Air is drier than the coast, sun is stronger and dust is very coarse.
Coarse dust and hard water mean precise and frequent testing because water changes rapidly.
Walls and steps collect white scale deposits, so brushing may need special descaling agents.
The filter clogs rapidly from coarse particles, so backwash cycles may need very frequent repetition.
Skimmer, baskets and strainers fill with gravel and coarse debris, so cleaning must be frequent.
Backwash cycles for the filter need close monitoring because coarse particles can redeposit quickly.
Chemical balance shifts from sun and hard water together, so testing must be frequent.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development in the east means drier air, coarser dust, stronger sun and harder water. Water here needs more careful testing because multiple factors together alter chemistry and particle load. We monitor coarse dust and mineral deposits continuously.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
