We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Quba is a small district in east Jeddah near the University of Jeddah road, with shops at street level and homes above. Air is drier than the coast and dust is coarser and paler. Sun is stronger and water loses moisture. The filter clogs from gravel and coarse dust and water appears cloudy constantly.
Water loses moisture rapidly and sun is stronger. Gravel and coarse dust enter the water and the filter needs frequent backwashing. For the method itself, see how we approach swimming pool cleaning.
Eastern air is drier and sun is stronger here than on the coast. Water loses moisture and chlorine is consumed fast. Minerals concentrate and water may become hard. We test chlorine and pH frequently.
Gravel and coarse dust from roads and building enter the water. Large particles accumulate and the filter needs frequent backwashing. Water may appear cloudy even when the filter is clean.
Dry air and strong sun increase mineral concentration. White deposits form on walls and filter. Water is harder and may need specialised treatment.
A small mixed district in the northeast near the University of Jeddah road and Asfan Road. Simple commercial axes with housing above. Air is drier and dust is coarser than on the coast.
Hard water and coarse dust mean precise and frequent testing because water changes rapidly.
Walls and steps collect white scale, so brushing may need special descaling agents.
The filter clogs rapidly from coarse particles, so backwash cycles may need frequent repetition.
Skimmer, baskets and strainers fill with gravel and coarse debris, so cleaning must be frequent.
Backwash cycles need close monitoring because coarse particles can redeposit quickly.
Chemical balance shifts from sun and hard water together, so testing must be frequent.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Quba too, and more than one can share a single visit.
