We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Wadi is an industrial zone surrounded by warehouses, workshops and heavy truck traffic, where diesel soot and workshop dust have weight and oiliness that penetrate deep into mattress layers. Cleaning here handles both industrial grease and sea salt together, not one or the other.
Diesel soot settles on mattress fabric in an oily layer that ordinary vacuum cannot lift alone, leaving a trapped smell and a darkened surface. For the method itself, see what mattress cleaning involves.
Workshop and diesel particles in the air are smaller and greasier than desert dust, so they work into mattress fabric more easily and lodge in the foam beneath. Vacuum lifts only the surface; the residue stays trapped and trapped material builds smell. Oily dust needs chemical treatment before vacuum can move it.
Proximity to the coast adds salt and moisture to an already greasy environment, making mould grow faster in the inner layers than in inland areas. The mattress needs vigorous deep drying and airing after cleaning, not just surface drying.
Older housing in Al Wadi has plain concrete or poor-quality ceramic floors that allow ground moisture to travel up the walls directly into mattresses. Dry vacuum before wet extraction is essential to avoid the mattress absorbing new moisture from below as you clean it from above.
Al Wadi lies between the industrial city and the main truck routes where airborne particles are darker, heavier and greasier than in residential areas of Jeddah.
We identify the cover and fill type first, especially if the mattress is old or has been in an industrial environment for years, as soot can damage some synthetic fabrics.
Deep dry vacuum comes before any moisture, because oily soot blocks the foam pores and traps water inside if you add it too early.
Stains from grease and diesel need separate targeted treatment with degreasers before vacuum can move them.
Cleaning and suction together in one pass removes surface soot and the dirty water it produces in a single step.
Wet extraction pulls dirty water and soot residue from the middle layers, and this step is critical in this district.
Vigorous airing and warmth speed drying; we accept delaying mattress use if needed to ensure it is completely dry inside before you sleep on it again.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
Industrial character means the mattress accumulates heavy oily soot every day that surface cleaning cannot remove. It needs specialised treatment that dissolves grease from inside the fibres, then gentle wet extraction that pulls water out without leaving the mattress damp and heavy.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Wadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
