We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Balbeid is a new development neighbourhood in north Jeddah experiencing active construction with vacant plots dotting the landscape, internal streets still being laid and services not yet complete. Yachts moored here face workshop dust and water trapping from poor drainage, raising both particle load and persistent humidity.
Construction dust here is heavier than in completed neighbourhoods, and unstable road surfaces stir up particles readily when vehicles pass or wind gusts occur. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
Nearby workshops discharge dust from timber, metal working and concrete cutting that drifts downwind onto moorings. This ultra-fine dust penetrates cabin seals and settles on furnishings quickly, demanding frequent cleaning and forceful ventilation.
Internal streets not yet surfaced accumulate loose gravel and sand that lift into the air in denser clouds than paved roads. Yachts near these surfaces require weekly exterior cleaning at minimum.
Incomplete street infrastructure and weak drainage allow water to pool, raising baseline humidity. Cabins develop stale mildew smells and stored textiles show fungal growth fast if not dried thoroughly after cleaning.
The district lies in north Jeddah between Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road, with basic utilities established but much infrastructure still under construction and several internal streets unpaved.
Workshop dust is extremely fine and does not rinse away easily, so fresh water rinsing needs multiple passes and high pressure to lift particles that are firmly adhered to surfaces.
Teak and fibreglass here encounter heavier and more adhesive dust than in developed areas, needing vigorous scrubbing and deep rinsing to restore finish clarity.
Cabins trap both high humidity and suspended dust together, requiring very forceful ventilation, comprehensive drying, and multiple cleaning cycles to clear all residue.
The galley accumulates more ultra-fine dust, needing specialist treatment for all horizontal surfaces, corners, crevices and small apertures where particles settle.
Onboard washrooms suffer from very high persistent humidity caused by poor external drainage, requiring powerful drying cycles and anti-mould treatment throughout.
Seating and cushions absorb humidity and dust rapidly, needing frequent washing cycles and storage in completely dry spaces insulated from outside air movement.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means continuous construction and continuous dust release alongside permanently weak drainage. Yachts here face a double pressure: ultra-fine workshop dust and high humidity from incomplete infrastructure at once, requiring denser cleaning schedules and more rigorous drying protocols.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Balbeid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
