We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Aqeeq is a new subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, still under construction with newly released land. A yacht berthed here sits in relatively clean sea air and fine sand carried on winds, with faint salt settling on glass and textiles. All surfaces and soft furnishings are new and sensitive. Cleaning must remove salt and sand gently, without damaging fresh paint or fabrics never yet used.
Sea winds carry fine sand and faint salt; new glossy surfaces are bright but sensitive to both grit and salt. For the method itself, see our guide to yacht cleaning.
Al Aqeeq is close to the creek, and winds carry fine sand and faint salt. New surfaces are glossy but very sensitive. Wrong scrubbing scratches new paint, and sand leaves scratches if not cleaned gently.
New yachts in Al Aqeeq have very glossy paint newly applied. This fresh paint has not cured fully, so even warm water scrubbed hard may affect it.
Soft furnishings and textiles here are brand new and delicate. Hard washing or strong wringing can damage the tender fibres.
Al Aqeeq is a subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah within the new urban extension, served by main roads linking it to the Jeddah Madinah Road.
Fine sand needs gentle cleaning with a soft brush first before water is added.
New teak is very glossy; we never use sanding, only gentle warm water cleaning.
New cabins are clean but need ventilation from day one.
New galleys are glossy; we clean them very gently in warm water only.
New washrooms are clean; we clean them gently on brand new metal fittings.
New soft furnishings are very tender; we wash them in warm water with great softness and no wringing.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a newly built area like Al Aqeeq, every single thing is brand new, glossy and sensitive. Paint has not cured fully, fabrics are delicate, and faint sea sand could scratch any surface. Cleaning must be extremely gentle: soft rubbing, warm tender water and fast drying, always.
We provide these in Al Aqeeq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
