We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Furqan is a new subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, with newly released homes on main roads connecting to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road. The district is very new and building is underway around homes, vacant land generates very fine dust, and the wide windows and shiny floors in the new villas attract this dust rapidly.
Very fine dust from vacant land settles on smooth surfaces, and the wide windows and shiny floors in new villas show dust faster than older locations do. For the method itself, see our guide to yacht cleaning.
Al Furqan is brand new, building is ongoing everywhere. Vacant land generates very fine dust floating in the air. New villas have shiny smooth surfaces that show dust instantly. Cleaning is easy but repetition is faster and more frequent.
Homes here are very new with very wide windows and shiny floors. This means dust shows on them instantly and visibly. But the materials are fresh with no old deposits, so washing is fast and results are excellent.
Main roads next to the district carry heavy building machinery. Dust from equipment adds to the general fine dust load. Access to Al Furqan is straightforward from the main roads, but timing may shift when building is intense.
Al Furqan sits between the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road in north Jeddah, a very new district from the northern urban extension scheme. Building and vacant land dominate the landscape currently.
Fresh water rinse here is simple and fast, surfaces are new and dust is light, so water and a soft brush are often enough.
Teak if present needs protection from fine dust only, not salt or soot like other locations.
Cabins in new homes maintain clean air easily, simple ventilation after washing is sufficient.
The galley is brand new with no old deposits, washing is rapid and results are bright.
The onboard washroom is new and free of scale and old rust marks, cleaning is straightforward.
Outdoor cushions and seating are new and somewhat shielded by building activity around the home, monthly washing is usually enough.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the home has not yet weathered years in its outdoor environment. Surfaces are shiny and materials are fresh, but building dust settles fast. The key difference is that materials are new so cleaning is easier and quicker, and results look better than in older homes.
We provide these in Al Furqan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
