We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Rimal is a new residential subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah whose name means the sands, sitting inland of the more coastal Al Marsa. Construction is ongoing and vacant plots sit between new and older homes. Construction dust and weak sea salt from the coast work together, and new surfaces are sensitive to hard scrubbing. Cabins trap moisture easily.
Construction dust mixes with weak coastal salt here. The combination settles on surfaces but with less intensity than on the waterfront directly. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
The new district has active building sites. Fine construction dust mixes with weak salt and seeps into cabins quickly. New surfaces are extremely sensitive.
New villas and yachts have brand new floors. Dust and weak salt together need very gentle scrubbing. Hard scrubbing can leave permanent scratches.
New cabins trap construction moisture and weak salt together. New fabrics absorb this combination and emit mildew smell. They need ventilation and frequent washing.
A brand new inland subdivision in south Jeddah with vacant plots and building work still active. The inland location means less salt spray than the coast, but sea salt still reaches here on the air.
Fine dust needs warm water rinsing and very gentle scrubbing. We never use hard scrubbing on new surfaces.
New teak on the decks is extremely sensitive. Very gentle scrubbing and quick rinsing only.
New cabins trap construction moisture and salt together. We air them, clean them thoroughly and dry them completely.
The new galley accumulates dust and weak salt fast. Cleaning needs gentle repeated scrubbing.
The new washroom needs special care for construction moisture and weak salt. We scrub it carefully and leave it completely dry.
New soft furnishings absorb construction moisture and weak salt together. Washing them requires special handling because they are brand new.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new inland development means construction is not finished and salt is weaker than on the coast. New surfaces are sensitive and fabrics absorb construction moisture. We need very gentle scrubbing and regular cleaning to prevent damage and mildew.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
