We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Marsa is a new coastal residential subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah whose name means the anchorage. Construction is ongoing and basic services are still being built. Sea salt and high coastal humidity work here, but construction dust mixes with them. Cabins trap salt moisture and building dust together.
Salt accumulates fast on surfaces here, but fine construction dust sticks to it and makes removal harder. The mixture leaves a thick crust that ordinary rinsing cannot remove. For the method itself, see how we approach yacht cleaning.
The coastal location means salt, and the active building means fine dust. The two mix on deck and hull and form a thick layer. Fresh water rinsing alone is not enough, scrubbing is needed too.
New villas and yachts here have fresh surfaces. Salt and construction dust together need gentle scrubbing. Heavy scrubbing can scratch new surfaces.
New cabins trap high coastal moisture and salt together. New fabrics absorb this combination and emit mildew smell very quickly. They need good ventilation and frequent washing.
A brand new coastal subdivision where building is not finished and infrastructure is still under construction. Sea salt is present alongside construction dust.
Salt and construction dust need repeated fresh water rinsing and gentle scrubbing. We never use hard scrubbing on new surfaces.
New teak on the decks is very sensitive to salt and construction dust. Very gentle scrubbing and quick rinsing only.
New cabins trap salt and moisture together. We air them, clean them thoroughly and dry them completely.
The new galley accumulates salt and construction dust fast. Cleaning needs gentle repeated scrubbing.
The new washroom needs special care for salt and moisture. We scrub it carefully and leave it completely dry.
New soft furnishings absorb salt and moisture together. Washing them requires special handling because they are brand new.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Marsa sits on Al Lith Road at the far south edge of Jeddah and overlooks the Jeddah Second Industrial City from the east. Al Lith Road and the Ring Road surround the subdivision, making it clearly accessible from both major routes.
We provide these in Al Marsa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
