We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Wadi is an industrial area in south Jeddah where warehouses and logistics facilities sit alongside residential homes. Apartments and villas here face a constant mix of diesel soot from heavy trucks and thick workshop grease that accumulates on surfaces and enters homes through the air and on footwear, requiring cleaning methods designed for industrial grime.
Cement and old ceramic floors blacken rapidly from accumulated diesel soot where foot traffic is heaviest. Removing this requires intensive scrubbing treatment, not routine mopping alone. For the method itself, see how we approach chalet cleaning.
Heavy trucks and lorries pass directly alongside homes. Black diesel exhaust enters with every opened window and deposits on net curtains, door frames and kitchen cupboard tops. Heavy workshop grease settles on glass and does not shift with plain water or standard detergent.
Older housing here has rusted pipes and thick mineral buildup from years of use. Proximity to the coast accelerates rust and corrosion. Drains run slowly even after routine cleaning. Deep pipe cleaning is needed to remove deposits from inside the pipework.
South Jeddah is close to the sea. Moisture penetrates homes even in newer villas. Bathrooms and kitchens develop black mould quickly. Stored fabrics and carpets smell of damp and mildew. Ventilation alone cannot clear these smells; active treatment is needed.
An industrial district in south Jeddah with organised streets such as Nasser bin Eid and King Faisal Branch Road, hosting licensed modern warehouses and storage facilities. Older homes have plain cement or ceramic floors that blacken quickly from soot and grime.
Kitchen and cooking areas accumulate workshop grease from the street quickly; surfaces and extractor fans need intensive degreasing, and floors may have oily residue.
Bathrooms in older housing have rusty pipes and heavy mineral buildup; black mould appears on walls and ceilings rapidly due to sea moisture.
Pool surround and outdoor seating are limited in this zone, but where they exist, diesel soot collects on floors and garden furniture.
Cement and old ceramic floors blacken from accumulated soot and need intensive scrubbing and specialist soot removal treatment.
Bedrooms and majlis areas retain musty odours from moisture and soot even when windows are closed; curtains and carpets need frequent washing.
Waste collection and final tidy include checking doors and windows for lingering oily residue and ventilating rooms to reduce musty smells.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.

We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
The industrial zone means oily soot and heavy grease from workshops and trucks enter homes constantly. Cleaning here requires targeted degreasing treatment for glass, fabrics and floors, not routine wiping. High humidity means mould returns quickly without repeated treatment and active moisture management.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Wadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
