We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Qawzain is the southernmost coastal strip on the southern corniche, with seaside rest houses and an open beach between King Faisal Road and the water. Sea humidity is very high and salt deposits on glass and fabrics. The location between the sea on one side and heavy goods roads on the other makes the dust darker and oilier than the northern coast. Cleaning starts from the top, and washing windows and fabrics free of salt is essential.
Sea humidity is very high and salt returns quickly after cleaning. Fabrics and glass show white salt marks within days. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Sea humidity is very high and salt deposits on glass, outdoor fabrics and curtains. This salt crystallises with moisture and becomes hard. Soot from the roads adds to the salt and creates a difficult mixed layer.
The location between sea and heavy roads means a mix of salt and soot. High surfaces and windows trap this blend, needing a specialist product to remove without streaking.
High humidity and soot together bring mildew and trapped odours. Stored fabrics and mattresses need full washing and drying before packing.
A coastal strip directly on the sea, bounded by King Faisal Road to the north. A sewage treatment works and iron factory stand nearby, adding to the dust and odours.
Ceilings, light fittings and fans collect salt and greasy soot and need gentle specialist cleaning so metals do not corrode.
Stairs and handrails face salt, humidity and soot exposure, and hand marks leave white salt residue on metal.
The open-plan kitchen receives sea air and soot directly. Cooker surfaces, taps and appliances need protection from salt and soot corrosion.
The bathroom faces very high humidity from the coastal location and nearby treatment works, and mildew and odours appear fast.
Windows and curtains carry salt and soot. Frequent washing and complete drying are needed to remove salt marks and black stains.
The external entry and terrace face the sea directly and sea spray. Floors carry salt and soot and need deep cleaning and quick drying.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Qawzain too, and more than one can share a single visit.
