We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Sahel is an emerging coastal area on the western edge of south Jeddah on Al Saif Corniche directly. Villas and apartments here sit between the sea on one side and heavy truck routes on the other, bringing together coastal problems and industrial soot. High humidity and salt and oily soot deposit every day on curtains, windows and fabrics. Cleaning a villa here means removing salt, soot and moisture together.
Villas and apartments here are relatively new with modern floors, but their location between sea and heavy roads means salt and soot come in fast. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Al Sahel faces the sea directly and salt deposits on everything, but the villa sits next to a heavy truck road so oily soot is added. Curtains blacken from soot and salt deposits on glass. Humidity and salt and soot together mean cleaning is harder than any other area.
Floors are modern and shiny but salt and oily soot scratch easily. Coastal humidity keeps floors damp and salt deposits in cracks. Cleaning needs repeated wiping and immediate drying.
Fabrics absorb salt and humidity and soot together and become heavy and smell bad. Curtains blacken fast and mould grows in corners. Washing curtains often is necessary or smells stay and mould spreads.
An emerging coastal area in south Jeddah on the sea directly, very near Jeddah Islamic Port and the Middle Ring Road, combining coastal humidity and soot from heavy traffic.
High ceilings and light fittings hold layers of salt and soot together. High glass is under pressure from salt and oily soot. They need separate treatment for salt and soot.
Stairs and metal handrails corrode from salt and collect soot. Metal needs separate cleaning and anti-salt treatment.
The kitchen is under pressure from oily soot and salt together. Surfaces and appliances need special products that do not scratch and remove salt and soot.
Bathrooms with salt and soot and mould together, and high coastal humidity means mould grows fast. Grout and corners need treatment for mould and salt together.
Windows and their tracks between sea and road have salt and soot depositing together. Tracks need deep cleaning or salt and soot block movement.
Entrances and outer thresholds are under pressure from salt and soot from the road and sea. They need regular cleaning and drying or salt embeds deep.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
A coastal area on a heavy road means salt and humidity and soot enter the villa from the air itself. Cleaning needs different products for each problem and regular repeating because dirt enters constantly.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Sahel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
