We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Tawfeeq is a small mixed residential district east of Jeddah with simple buildings: flats above shops on the main roads and a few villas on the edges. The dust here is coarser and paler than the coastal areas because it comes from open ground nearby. It enters under doors and settles on smooth floors very quickly before new construction in the surrounding area is finished.
Sofas, mattresses and curtains fill with pale coarse dust very rapidly while neighbouring villas are still under construction, requiring deep cleaning to remove the heavy grit mixed with fine sand that accumulates in fabrics. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Apartments above street level shops receive extra dust rising from the main road and the open stairwell. The first suction pass must concentrate on door thresholds and lower corners where dust from the street below concentrates before any water is used.
The ceramic and old marble in these districts is soft and easily scratched by grit and coarse sand. Direct mopping without first sweeping carefully will leave visible scratch lines, so careful sweeping and then rinsing is essential to avoid damaging the finished surface.
Water from overhead tanks leaves grey white residue in every drain, basin and sink. These need careful scraping and multiple water rinses to remove completely before they harden into a permanent deposit that becomes impossible to shift.
A small residential quarter in east Jeddah close to the University road and its stadium, with dry air and open ground surrounding the buildings. The dust is coarser and paler than in coastal or developed areas, and enters homes more readily through ground floor openings.
Coarse pale dust is suctioned from top to bottom with emphasis on corners and door thresholds where extra dust from the street below accumulates in ground floor apartments.
Cement, plaster and grit particles are swept carefully first before any water is applied, as old soft ceramic scratches easily if mopped with sand still present on the surface.
Glass and windows are wiped after all coarse dust has been removed from sills and frames, and glossy surfaces are rinsed with clean water to prevent streaking and watermarks.
Light oily residue from the main road is removed from windows and external surfaces with warm water before the final cold water rinse to avoid leaving mineral deposits on glass.
Stickers and adhesive marks on floors and skirting boards are softened with gentle moisture and removed without damaging old painted or tiled surfaces underneath.
Floors are washed last after all dust and grit have been completely removed, with a final rinse in clean water only to remove any mineral residue and prevent watermarks on the dry surface.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A flat above a shop means dust comes from a busy street below the home, so we concentrate intensive cleaning on lower surfaces, bathrooms and drains to remove mineral scale and deposits that rise through old pipework from the street supply.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Tawfeeq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
