We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Ghawla is a small residential quarter east Jeddah near Wadi Al Ghawla, one of a cluster of modest neighbouring areas with simple residential character. The district is mixed: shops at street level with homes above, and daily foot traffic from residents and shopkeepers leaves extra dust in shared passages and on stairs. The air here is drier than the coast but closer to open ground, so coarse dust enters easily under doors and windows.
Daily traffic from residents and shopkeepers in the mixed district leaves additional dust in passages and on stairs, and coarse dust from open ground enters under doors easily and settles fast. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Mixed quarters in east Jeddah have shared entry stairs that carry traffic from residents and customers daily. Moisture from passages and damp stair landings, plus sand carried in, reaches the flats. Floors in shared passages are damp and sticky, so dust sticks to them hard.
Al Ghawla is close to open land and a wadi, and its dust is not fine like coastal air but coarse grit that enters under doors and windows easily. Ordinary sweeping and mopping move this dust rather than remove it; it needs strong suction first.
Common ductwork in mixed-use buildings moves dust from the shop into the flat above it. Suction on ventilation openings is necessary for complete cleaning.
The quarter lies at Wadi Al Ghawla near the Al Jumum governorate boundary, close to Asfan Road and University of Jeddah Road, part of a cluster of small simple neighbourhoods.
Coarse dust from open ground and traffic from the shop enter from above and via passages; top-down removal starts at ceilings and shared units with very strong suction.
Cement residue and gritty dust in corners and gaps need scraping and suction before mopping begins.
Glass and ceramic carry a layer of coarse dust; haze removal needs suction first and then drying rather than water alone.
Paint spatter mixed with grit needs careful technique on glossy surfaces to avoid grinding dust into the finish.
Stickers and adhesive are removed carefully from floors and surfaces without scratching or grinding grit in.
Floors are swept hard first to clear all grit, then washed with water and thoroughly rinsed and dried.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means the flat lives with constant traffic from the shop and foot passage. Shared stairs and entry corridors carry dampness and sand from continuous movement, and the flat soils from outside faster than purely residential areas.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Ghawla is located at Wadi Al Ghawla and near Asfan Road and University of Jeddah Road. From the intersection of these roads or from Wadi Al Ghawla itself, the residential flats and shops in this small quarter are easily reached.
We provide these in Al Ghawla too, and more than one can share a single visit.
