We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Mawaddah is a small simple residential quarter in east Jeddah near the university and Wadi Al Ghawla, with popular housing and basic modern subdivisions. The dust here is paler and coarser than coastal areas because it comes from the wadi and the open ground surrounding the homes. It enters easily and settles on mixed floor types very quickly, and the few villas need extra care because their gardens sit exposed to vacant plots.
Flats and villas fill with pale fine dust within hours of opening doors and windows, because the ground around the homes is sandy open terrain with insufficient vegetation to slow the wind or trap the dust. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Villas surrounded entirely by vacant land receive constant wind blown fine sand entering around windows and doors, settling on soft floors before any water is applied. The first sweep needs extreme care to remove sand before it is pressed into the smooth surface.
The wadi lying very close to the district carries the finest sand on the dry wind, paler and lighter than coastal sand. It clings to curtains and fabrics far more easily than heavier dust, coating them rapidly even through sealed windows.
The ceramic and old marble in popular housing schemes is very soft and easily scratched by sand particles. Direct mopping without careful sweeping first will leave visible scratch lines, so precise sweeping followed by clean water rinse is essential.
A small residential quarter in east Jeddah close to Wadi Al Ghawla and open ground, with very dry air and bare earth surrounding the buildings. Dust enters readily under doors and windows and settles on all surfaces overnight.
Fine pale sand is suctioned from top to bottom with emphasis on corners and window frames where sand accumulates from wind and open ground surrounding the homes.
Cement dust and sand particles are swept with great care before any water is applied, as soft ceramic and marble scratch easily if mopped while sand remains on the surface.
Glass and windows are wiped after all sand has been removed from sills and frames, and glossy surfaces are rinsed with very clean water leaving no sand or salt residue behind.
Fine dust on walls and surfaces is removed with water rinse alone without harsh scrubbing, as soft surfaces can be marked by aggressive rubbing or scratching actions.
Stickers and adhesive residue are softened with gentle moisture and removed without harsh scrubbing that might scratch old soft painted or tiled surfaces.
Floors are washed last after all sand and dust have been completely removed, with a final rinse in very clean water to ensure no sand or salt particles remain on the surface.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The district mixes popular housing with modern villas, which means different cleaning needs: flats need precise sweeping for soft old ceramic, while villas need intensive rinsing to remove sand from gardens exposed to open ground on all sides.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Mawaddah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
