We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Tawfeeq is a mixed district where villas share their foundation with street-level shops, and dust and humidity from the commercial spaces rise directly into the residential floors. The dust here is varied and shifts with the activity of the shop below, and cleaning must treat this changing mix on every visit.
Mixed villas need attention to multiple sources of dirt at once: dust from shops below merges with the natural dry coarse dust of east Jeddah. For the method itself, see what villa cleaning involves.
Shops below release dust from goods and daily trade activity, and this rises into the homes above. High surfaces and windows collect a blend of commercial dust with the coarse dust of east Jeddah, creating a sediment heavier and faster-settling than natural dust alone.
Commercial shops emit a different humidity profile from residential space, especially bakeries and food service. This moisture rises through gaps and stairwells and pools in villa bathrooms with greater intensity than natural coastal humidity alone.
The stairwell and entry serve both shop and home, gathering commodity dust and customer footfall mixed with resident movement. This means the stairs need separate care from the rest of the villa, as they carry a different load.
The district lies near Jeddah University Road and its stadium, within Taibah sub-municipality, blending older popular housing with newer planned subdivisions.
High surfaces here accumulate overlapping layers of shop dust and natural dust together, creating a buildup thicker and harder to remove than in a purely residential district.
Stairs receive footfall from shop customers and staff as well as residents, requiring stronger cleaning especially at the lower steps where they sit nearest the commercial space.
The kitchen in a mixed villa may draw odours and smoke from a shop below, especially if it is a food business, so ventilation and cleaning need particular attention.
Bathrooms combine residential moisture with vapour rising from below, leaving scale deposits on taps and basins faster and in greater depth.
Windows here may overlook the shop or busy street, and the mixed dust leaves a thicker film than in ordinary residential areas.
Entrances receive footfall from villa guests, shop clients and staff all together, so they soil quickly and mopping needs precision.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed-use here means the villa shares its structure with a commercial business: the stairs, entrance and air itself. This changes the sources of dust, humidity and odour, so cleaning needs concentrated effort on the boundary between home and shop.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Tawfeeq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
