We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Salihiyah is a new district in east Jeddah with vacant plots between modern villas and apartment blocks, and the air here is much drier than the coast. Dust enters under doors and settles on every surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest cleaning job. The district is still developing, so building around your villa or flat may continue for months. Cleaning here means understanding that your neighbours are building too.
Wide empty plots and light winds mean dust settles on every surface quickly overnight. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
A new villa or flat in Al Salihiyah may be surrounded by empty plots or projects under construction. Dust blows in from every direction and building has not yet finished. Clean now for an initial clean, and wait for the final deep clean until your neighbours finish their main work.
East Jeddah is drier and further from the sea, so dust is coarser and paler. It enters under doors and settles on shelves and furniture. Sofas, mattresses and curtains need separate washing.
Floors are marble in villas and ceramic in flats, and both are scratched by grit if mopped before sweeping. Sweeping and suction first are essential, then mopping and fast drying.
Al Salihiyah is a new district in north Jeddah east of Al Hamdaniyah, laid out as subdivisions of recent villas and apartments with vacant plots still lying between the buildings.
Dust from empty plots and neighbouring projects falls quickly from the air. We start from the top and work down, keeping doors closed throughout.
Cement and plaster residue is light in the new district. Scraping needs care to avoid disturbing fine dust back into the air.
Glass needs repeated washing because coarse dust adheres quickly. We wash then dry immediately each time.
Paint spatter is light but present in every corner. Scraping is gentle on glass, metal frames and marble.
Stickers and adhesive residue are removed carefully without leaving glue marks.
Marble and porcelain floors are washed last with warm water and dried immediately to prevent residue and water marks.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development in Al Salihiyah means your villa or flat is surrounded by empty plots or sites under construction, dust enters from all directions and building around your home has not yet finished.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Salihiyah is reached via Al Furusiyah Street which runs through the heart of the district. The layout of access routes makes it straightforward for our team and equipment to reach villas and apartments.
We provide these in Al Salihiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
