We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Majid is a small mixed district in east Jeddah with shops on the ground floor and flats above, a simple residential character. When building ends, cement and plaster dust leaves marks in shops, on stairs and in the flats, and ongoing building in the area sends dust that enters through new windows.
New flats and small shops here need cleaning that deals with shared entrances and stairwells that collect dust quickly in confined spaces. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
The local building size means the shop and flat are very close, sharing one stairwell and entrance where building dust from every floor gathers. Cleaning must focus on these shared spaces and the gaps between them.
The main road nearby brings dust from cars and buses. This dust enters the new shops and flats and settles on windows and surfaces constantly.
Continuing construction in nearby districts sends extra dust and debris. A new flat in Al Majid takes in more dust from its surroundings than the same flat would in an older, built-out district.
The district sits near the University of Jeddah Road and Wadi Al Ghawla, and traffic on these routes sends dust into the new homes regularly.
Dust in Al Majid comes from the road and the district together, so we start with the shared stairs and work down to the shop, then up to the flat.
Cement and plaster spots on tiles are scraped before water, and the stairs need special care to avoid slip hazards.
Glass and frames on windows facing the road need cleaning from dust and sticky residues.
Paint spatter on floors and stairs is removed before washing to avoid making surfaces slippery.
Stickers on doors, walls and windows are pulled off inside and outside completely.
Floors and stairs are washed hard then rinsed well so they are clean and safe to walk on.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Majid is a small mixed district where shop and flat share the building, air and stairs. Cleaning differs from a villa area: we focus on tight shared spaces between neighbours and on stairs where dust accumulates quickly in confined air.
We provide these in Al Majid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
