We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Salihiyah is a new district in east Jeddah beside Al Falah and Al Rahmaniyah, with new villas and vacant plots between buildings, served by Al Furusiyah Street. The district is new but sits far from the sea and close to open desert, so the air is dry and coarse dust enters from vacant land around each villa. New marble floors scratch if mopped dry while sand is present. Young trees have not yet matured to trap wind blown dust, so the cleaning routine here needs higher density passes.
New shiny marble floors look cloudy fast from dry sand, and dry mopping leaves trails. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Vacant land between villas raises very coarse sand unlike fine dust. This sand comes in under doors and windows and settles fast, and new marble floors scratch if mopped dry while sand is on them.
The district is new and freshly planted trees have not grown enough to trap dust and wind. Small trees do not cut dust like mature ones do, so every breeze carries sand straight into homes.
The area is far from the sea and close to desert, and dry air speeds evaporation and lifts coarse particles. Dry winds carry sand far more easily than humid air would.
A new district in east Jeddah on Al Furusiyah Street, vacant land between new villas, small newly planted trees, dry desert air.
High surfaces and light fittings: high surfaces and windows collect coarse sand fast, and new lights need dust protection.
Stairs and handrails: new marble stairs scratch from sand, and handrails collect hand marks and sand together.
The main kitchen: new floors and cupboards show sand fast, and shiny tile needs wet wiping.
Every bathroom in the house: new white floors and walls show sand easily, and new basins are bright but sand clouds them.
Windows and their tracks: new windows and clean channels gather sand fast, and glass needs frequent wiping.
Entrances and thresholds: vacant land right outside the door raises sand, and the outside threshold needs almost daily cleaning.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means vacant plots and ongoing building around the villa are still clear to see, and young trees have not yet grown.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
Al Salihiyah is served by Al Furusiyah Street on one side and Abdulrahman bin Awf Mosque on another, and working on a villa moves from the outer edges away from the mosque and vacant plots toward the home interior, so we do not carry sand in from outside, and the mosque is a clear landmark in the district.
We provide these in Al Salihiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
