We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Hamdaniyah is a densely packed mixed district east of Jeddah, with busy commercial shops at street level and apartments directly above them along Al Hamdaniyah Street and major hypermarkets nearby. Post-construction cleaning here means handling construction dust that seeps both downward into occupied shops and upward from them into the dwellings above, shared by one entrance.
The commercial units here draw construction dust upward from street level into the occupied apartments above, and the shared entry routes allow dust and debris to move between floors during the work itself. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
The commercial unit and the flat above it share the entrance, stairs and the air between them. Cleaning must start from the shop upward to prevent dust from returning to the already cleaned apartment above. The timeline and equipment differ between shop and residential spaces.
Al Hamdaniyah Street is busy with traffic and shoppers, and windows facing it collect grease from road traffic mixed with construction dust. Removal must be careful to stop particles sliding under the frame into the sill.
Flats stacked above commercial premises do not have adequate rear-facing windows. Ventilation during cleaning is constrained, and dust settles faster than in corner or detached apartments.
A dense residential spread east of King Abdulaziz Airport, with apartment buildings, villas and bustling shop frontages along Al Hamdaniyah Street, hypermarkets on Al Masurah Street and Al Haramain Road marking its western edge.
Dust in the flat and the shop falls from above at different rates: the flat collects it from the ceiling and the shop from high display windows.
Plaster and cement leave more solid residue on the shop than the flat, especially on display frontage and shelving.
Shop windows get dirty from customer traffic, whilst flat windows are cleaner but carry fine dust settled from the air between floors.
Paint spatter in the flat is less than in the shop if the shop is also under construction work.
Stickers and signage on shop windows need separate removal from any labels inside the flat.
The shop floor is commercial grade ceramic or marble tile, harder than the softer domestic flooring in the flat above.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The shop and flat share air and entrance, so dust moves between them. Cleaning must isolate each space from the other to stop dust returning to already cleaned areas.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Hamdaniyah runs the length of Al Hamdaniyah Street and Al Masurah Street where the major commercial chains cluster. The team reaches the area via Al Hamdaniyah Street and coordinates between the stacked apartments and shops that line these main axes.
We provide these in Al Hamdaniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
