We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rahmaniyah is a recently built district in north Jeddah between Al Furusiyah and Al Salihiyah, with brand new villas and apartments featuring porcelain floors and contemporary layouts. The area is clean and not near heavy traffic like Prince Fawaz, but dry winds blow construction dust from the surrounding open ground and empty plots, and every open window during work admits this fine dust that settles on new polished surfaces.
The brand new villas and apartments here stay cleaner longer than older districts, but dust from surrounding fields and vacant plots enters easily through open windows and settles on new polished finishes very visibly. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Al Rahmaniyah is surrounded by open ground and vacant building plots, and fine dust from drying soil is carried easily on the wind into villas and flats. New foundations mean the soil around the district is exposed and loose, and as it dries it releases large quantities of fine dust, especially in the early morning when thermal currents are strong.
Fresh porcelain and new finishes in Al Rahmaniyah reflect light and display every speck of dust or cement residue in high definition. Paint spatter and plaster dust leave obvious marks on the glossy surface that demand meticulous cleaning. The brightness of new tile also means that oily smudges from tools and feet show more than they would on older matte finishes.
The new villas have wide, frameless windows that are often left open during construction. Field dust drifts freely through these large openings and settles on the floors and new soft furnishings quickly. Because the district is surrounded by open ground rather than built-up neighbourhoods, the dust load is steady and visible.

Field and plot dust settles from above and drifts in from all sides; we begin at ceilings and windows, working down with all external doors closed to contain the flow from surroundings.
Cement residue on new porcelain demands very careful scraping to avoid scratching the fresh glossy surface, using only soft tools.
Glass and porcelain show every mark clearly, requiring clean water only, very soft cloth and immediate drying to prevent dust re-settling as water dries.
Paint spatter needs very gentle removal with soft brush first, then clean water rinse, as the new surface damage cannot be repaired.
Stickers and adhesive leave transparent marks on new porcelain, requiring careful lifting and rinsing with clean water to restore the shine.
New floors need vigorous dry sweeping first to remove all grit, then mopping with minimal clean water and immediate drying, as any grain of sand can scratch under the mop head.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Villas and apartments between Al Furusiyah Street and Bilal bin Rabah Mosque sit surrounded by open ground and building plots, so cleaning work starts at windows and external doors first to prevent further dust entering from the surrounding exposed land.
We provide these in Al Rahmaniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
