We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rughamah is a relatively older mixed district in east Jeddah with shops at street level and flats above, located near Wadi Al Qaws and within the hills and valley belt. The dust here is dry and coarse from the mountainous and open ground that surrounds the district. Older buildings in the middle of the district mean damp foundations rising from below, so cleaning meets deep dust and floors that may be fragile.
Surfaces in the district hold fine dust for days, and soil from the open land around it returns inside easily every time windows and doors are opened. The dust here is persistent and accumulates differently than in new suburbs with paving and services complete. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Older foundations absorb moisture from the ground, so walls may show damp marks even after new construction. Floors may be thin ceramic or marble set on weak concrete, so water must be moderate and drying rapid. Pressure washing is out of the question here.
Older shops may have less stable foundations, so spray water must not hit facades directly. Old drain pipes may be weak, so we advise against water pooling around foundations. The shop below is vulnerable to water damage if we are not careful.
Open land and the valley surround the district, so dust comes from every direction. Corners and narrow gaps between furniture and walls hold dust stubbornly. Deep suction and good sweeping takes longer here than in newer planned areas.
A district in east Jeddah home to Al Tawfeeq Mosque, within the hills and valley belt near Wadi Al Qaws and one of the relatively older residential areas in this part of the city. The surroundings are open ground and the valley, not new suburbs.
Dust may be deep in corners and narrow gaps because open land surrounds the district, so we start with strong suction from every corner, then sweep thoroughly before any water touches anything.
Cement and plaster remains may be mixed with old moisture, so we use moderate water and careful scraping on foundations and walls that may be weakened by age and damp.
Glass and ceramic may have a damp film from ongoing moisture, so we wash with clean water and rinse thoroughly until completely dry to prevent mildew returning.
Paint spatter on old glass and frames is removed gently because old frames may be fragile and the wood underneath may be damp and sensitive to pressure.
Stickers and adhesive marks on old surfaces are removed carefully because old paint may be weak and damp walls require light handling to avoid stripping finishes.
Ceramic and marble floors may be old and delicate, so we rinse thoroughly and let them dry quickly before closing the flat to prevent moisture settling into porous grout.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rughamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
