A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Rughamah is a mixed residential district in east Jeddah within the hills and valley belt, relatively older than newer subdivisions, with ground floor shops beneath homes and Al Tawfeeq Mosque serving the area. Dry air blowing in from the east means coarse dust settles on curtains and furniture, and older homes need attention from subsurface moisture and mould in dark corners where air does not circulate.
The relatively older homes here need attention for rising ground moisture and mould in dark corners and older kitchens, and dry dust accumulates on surfaces fast. For the method itself, see the full house cleaning page.
Al Rughamah is a relatively older district and older homes need care from rising ground moisture and damp walls. Mould forms in dark corners and aging kitchens, and musty smell is part of living in the home. Cleaning needs anti-mould and anti-fungal product and odour control with every clean.
The mixed district has shops at ground level with flats above, and upper homes receive moisture, cooking smoke and dust from shops below. Ground activity adds constant pollution pressure, and heavy curtains in older flats trap odours and dampness that build up over time.
Surfaces and walls in older homes stay damp inside and out, and old terrazzo and aged ceramic floors need care from wear and staining. Cold water mopping may leave damp patches, and thorough drying is essential to prevent new mould growth.
Al Rughamah is a relatively older district in east Jeddah close to Wadi Al Qaws and Mareekh Mountains, within the hills and valley belt, with a mix of apartments and villas.
Coarse dust from the east settles on curtains and surfaces, and sweeping before mopping is essential to remove all grit.
Old bathroom is damp and has mould, needing anti-fungal cleaner and continuous ventilation to control growth.
Aged kitchen surfaces collect grease and grime, requiring warm water and strong product to cut through accumulated residue.
Old terrazzo and ceramic floors need care from stains and moisture, and mopping must follow thorough drying.
Older glass and mirrors soil quickly from dampness and dust, and weekly cleaning is necessary to maintain clarity.
Old metal fittings may rust from moisture, and frequent wiping and drying prevent corrosion and staining.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rughamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
