We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Quwaizah is one of Jeddah's oldest districts in the east, near Wadi Al Qaws and the Mareekh Mountains. The area is old and apartments are modest, but the location on the valley and mountains means dust arrives from the hills and strong winds carry heavy sand. Floors and walls carry moisture from the wadi.
Wadi and mountain location means high humidity and winds heavy with sand, and cleaning must protect against moisture as much as remove dust. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Quwaizah sits on Wadi Al Qaws close to Mareekh Mountains, and wind carries heavy sand from the hills. This sand is coarser than fine dust because it comes from stone, and scratches floors instantly. Hard sweeping is essential first, and mopping requires care to prevent sand trails marking the surface.
The wadi is close and humidity is high, especially at dawn and dusk. Moisture enters under doors and through wall fractures. This means floors and walls may retain dampness after cleaning, and rapid drying and good ventilation are essential to prevent mildew forming.
The district is old and walls may have fractures and allow moisture to travel through them. Dampness may leave marks on walls and floors after cleaning if not dried fast. New furniture may be affected by moisture. We recommend deploying fans throughout the home after cleaning.
One of the oldest districts in Jeddah, administered under the Umm Al Salm sub-municipality in east Jeddah, facing several valleys most notably Wadi Al Qaws, first area hit by the famous 2009 Jeddah flood, within the hills and valley belt east of the city.
Heavy sand from the hills falls fast, very hard sweep first thing then work top down with great care.
Cement spots may be bonded by moisture, scrape gently and may need warm water before scraping.
Glass and mirrors may carry sand residue and salt from winds, use warm soapy water and dry fast.
Paint specks may mix with sand, scrape gently and clean with warm water.
Stickers and adhesive may be bonded by moisture, weak acid or alcohol may help remove adhesive.
Floors are washed with warm water and dried very fast with fans to ensure no moisture seeps back in.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Quwaizah lies near Wadi Al Qaws which needs special attention because of its flood history, and Mareekh Mountains are close by, from which strong winds carry heavy sand. Access is through local streets under Umm Al Salm sub-municipality supervision.
We provide these in Quwaizah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
