We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Muntazahat sits along the busy Old Makkah Road in south eastern Jeddah, where villas, apartment blocks and shops share the same streets. The main road means heavy traffic and coarser dust than outlying areas, and both ceramic and marble need careful scraping before water to avoid scratching and redeposition.
The main road brings darker dust than side streets, and east Jeddah's dry air beds it hard on every surface overnight, especially on facades and window ledges facing the road. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Old Makkah Road is a busy arterial route, and dust from it is not fine like pure post-construction debris. It carries grit, sand and tyre wear, darker in colour and heavier. It penetrates apartments facing the road quickly and scratches ceramic and marble if not swept before mopping. Ordinary wiping spreads it further.
The mixed-use character means different cleaning problems for different building types. A villa with a garden may have construction debris in the landscape still settling; the shop below flats collects sand that rises into the homes above. Each type needs a different focus and timing.
East Jeddah is drier than the coast, but dawn humidity mixes with dust and leaves a grey film on glass and tile. Dry wiping does not remove it. Warm soapy water and cotton drying cloths are needed, and the film must be buffed off without scratching new surfaces.
The district stretches along the Old Makkah Road southeast of the city centre, neighbours Al Adl, Al Farouq and Al Fadl, and contains a public park, health centre, state schools, mosques and the Umm Al Salam sub-municipality offices.
Coarse road dust falls fast and does not wait for sweeping, so sweep first thing, then work from top down through each space.
Cement spots mixed with grit need a specialist scraper, and care to avoid scratching new ceramic tile.
Glass and mirrors facing the main road carry a thick grey dust film, and only warm soapy water and dry cotton buffing removes it without smearing.
Paint specks here may mix with dust and grit, scraping needs the right tool and a careful hand.
Stickers and adhesive come off easily, but glue residue stays if the sticker is not lifted slowly and carefully.
Floors are mopped twice: dry sweep first to remove grit, then wet mop gently, then a strong final rinse.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Muntazahat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
