We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Kinanah is a small old residential district in east Jeddah between Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws. The district has apartments over simple shops, and the location on mountains and valley means high humidity and coarse dust from stone. Building is modest but foundations may carry moisture from the nearby wadi.
Location between mountains and wadi means constant high humidity and coarse dust from stone, and floors and walls may retain dampness after cleaning. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Kinanah sits on Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws, dust arrives from stone and moisture rises from the wadi. This mixture creates a bonded layer on surfaces. Dry wiping does not remove it, and water alone may not work because moisture returns it. Soap and hot water followed by fast drying and good ventilation are essential.
Shops below may be old and carry damp and mildew from walls and foundations. This rises into the apartment through the shared wall. Cleaning must protect against rising dampness and needs very good ventilation after work.
The district is old and apartments may have fractures allowing dampness in. Moisture may leave marks on walls and floors after cleaning if drying is slow. New furniture may be affected by ongoing humidity.
A small residential district in east Jeddah within the hills and valley belt east of the city, in the general area close to the Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws, with a simple residential character.
Coarse dust mixed with moisture falls fast, sweep first then work top down with soap and hot water.
Cement spots and mildew together may need strong soap and weak acid, scrape gently then final rinse.
Glass and mirrors may carry moisture and mildew marks, use hot soapy water and dry fast.
Paint specks may mix with mildew and moisture, scrape gently and clean with hot soapy water.
Stickers and adhesive may be bonded by moisture, weak acid or alcohol may help remove residue.
Floors are washed with soap and hot water and dried very fast with fans and continuous ventilation.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Kinanah lies near Mareekh Mountains which are historically important to the district, and Wadi Al Qaws is the defining geographical feature. Access is via local streets under Umm Al Salm sub-municipality, and the location is accessible to the team but high humidity requires special protection planning.
We provide these in Kinanah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
