We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Mulaisa is a very new development in south Jeddah along Al Lith Road, mostly subdivided land plots rather than finished villas, with building work only just beginning. The few villas here sit surrounded by raw ground and unmade internal streets, so dust arrives from every direction with nothing to slow it down.
The vast vacant plots mean winds blow fine sand from every direction, so a single villa finds dust returning from the street, the neighbours, and the surrounding open ground. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Al Mulaisa remains largely undeveloped and the huge vacant stretches around each villa lift fine dust on every wind. A single house finds dust entering through windows and doors from every direction because there is no completed building to shelter it from the wind.
Internal streets are dirt and unpaved, so vehicles and machines raise clouds of sand and earth whenever they move. Cleaning may need repeating quickly if movement continues on the dirt street during or after building.
The air in Al Mulaisa is very dry because it lies far from the coast, and fine dust does not settle easily on dry surfaces. It stays airborne and returns easily with any movement or opened window.
Subdivided residential plots with most of the development yet to come, most internal streets remain unmade dirt, and basic services are still incomplete across most of the plan.
Fine dust from vacant land enters from everywhere, so we start from ceiling and high windows, and powerful extraction is essential before any water cleaning.
Cement and plaster on floors in Al Mulaisa may be mixed with sand from the dirt street, requiring careful cleaning and sweeping of sand before scraping.
Glass and windows may be covered in a layer of fine sand, cleaned with water and soap then dried completely so sand does not return.
Paint spatter may be mixed with outside sand, requiring light scraping then repeated rinsing.
Stickers and dirt from raw ground may be damp from overnight moisture, requiring careful removal and thorough drying.
Floors are washed last because suction and scraping raise sand and dirt, and the final rinse ensures everything leaves completely.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Vast vacant plots and unmade streets mean dust arrives from every direction and does not stop, so cleaning needs very powerful extraction equipment and may need repeating within weeks if building continues around the villa.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Mulaisa sits along Al Lith Road and proximity to the Ring Road defines access, and the new scheme is hard to navigate if streets are not yet paved, requiring knowledge of safe routes with heavy equipment.
We provide these in Al Mulaisa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
