We treat the incense, not mask it
Bakhoor residue is cleaned out of the seating and curtains and off the walls, so fresh oud is not sitting on months of old smoke.

Al Mulaisa is an early-stage new development in south Jeddah on Al Lith Road, where empty residential plots far outnumber the few villas just beginning to rise. Majlis rooms here encounter construction dust from bare land and humidity drifting from the nearby coast, and need preparation that tackles both fine dust and damp together.
Most of this area is still empty land with very few villas built, and dust from open plots mixes with humidity drifting from the nearby coast in the rare majlis rooms that exist here. For the method itself, see what majlis and diwaniya cleaning involves.
Al Mulaisa is mostly unbuilt land with only a handful of villas. Wind carries fine dust from the bare ground and the rare majlis rooms trap this dust very quickly.
Al Mulaisa is close to the coast but not quite coastal. Humidity drifts from the sea and mixes with dry dust, creating a faint damp smell in the majlis.
Villas here are brand new and paint is barely dry, surfaces are extremely fresh. Dust and damp can settle on new paint and new marble very fast.
A largely undeveloped district in south Jeddah giving its name to a branch municipality office, made up mostly of subdivided residential plots rather than finished housing, along the same Al Lith Road corridor as its neighbouring subdivisions, with construction only starting to take hold.
Ceilings and high corners hold fine dust from open land and new paint is sensitive; they need gentle top-to-bottom rubbing.
Brand new surfaces and furniture trap fine dust and look heavy quickly; light dusting and sensitive rubbing is enough.
Glass and mirrors are brand new and may hold dust and marks; we rub carefully with a very weak solution.
New marble flooring is glossy and extremely sensitive; we sweep dry first with care, then wipe in warm water with gentle motions.
The guest bathroom is new and may hold building damp and dust from windows; we treat with ventilation and sensitive cleaning.
Ventilation clears airborne dust but wind brings new dust from open land constantly.
Seating, carpet, curtains and surfaces, before anything starts, so we agree the scope and what the price covers.
Majlis seating and curtains vary from cotton to velvet and heavy weaves, and they do not take the same heat or product.
Before any water, on the seating and the carpet both.
Gahwa, cardamom and food are not one problem.
We choose the method after seeing each piece, loosen what has bound into the seating and carpet, and extraction pulls it straight back out with the water, in one pass, so nothing is left soaking in the foam.
We go back through the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means construction is ongoing and most land is still vacant. Dust returns fast and damp builds with it. We focus on sensitive cleaning for new surfaces, not just dust removal.

We test the fabric on a hidden spot before we clean it.
The company runs several teams, and we send a team rather than one person.
If the seating needs reupholstering rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Majlis rooms in Al Mulaisa sit on Al Lith Road between the Ring Road and 60th Street, and their preparation must handle fine dust from wide vacant land and humidity from the nearby coast at the same time.
We provide these in Al Mulaisa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
