We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Mahamid is informal low rise housing near the Old Makkah Road in east Jeddah, entered from Harazat Road, with apartments over shops and unpaved streets. Dust here is coarser than in planned areas, loose gravel and soil from unmade roads carry heavier grit, and old drainage means moisture in the foundations affects how dust bonds and cannot be removed by wiping alone.
Unpaved streets carry heavier dust than planned districts, containing not fine sand but gravel and clay mixed with metal fragments, and moisture from old pipes makes dust stick to surfaces much harder. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Mahamid has no paved streets, and dust here is not fine sand but gravel and clay mixed with metal fragments. It enters through windows and doors and scratches floors instantly. Hard sweeping is essential before any mopping, and if sweeping is insufficient, water turns it to mud that leaves stains on marble and tile.
Old networks mean moisture in walls and foundations. This damp penetrates ground floors quickly, and dust sticks to it and does not release with dry wiping. Floors need vigorous washing and rapid drying, otherwise moisture bonds the dust and leaves marks on the floor after drying.
Shops below may be active or sealed. If active, oils and debris from the shop rise into the apartment. If sealed, moisture from inside rises through the shared wall. Cleaning must address both moisture and trade oils that settle on surfaces.
Unplanned low rise housing on the eastern edge beside the Old Makkah Road, accessed mainly from Harazat Road, with old drainage networks and mostly unpaved streets, falling within the sub municipality's programme for reorganising informal areas.
Heavy gravel and clay fall fast, hard sweep first with a powerful sweeper or vacuum, then work top down through every space.
Cement spots may be bonded by moisture, scrape carefully and may need warm water to soften first before scraping can succeed.
Glass and mirrors may have moisture from walls, use warm water and dry quickly to prevent redeposition.
Paint specks may mix with clay and grit, scrape gently and clean with warm water.
Stickers and adhesive can be stubborn because of moisture, weak acid or alcohol may be needed to remove residue.
Floors are washed with warm water twice and dried fast to prevent moisture depositing dust stains.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed here means active shops below apartments, old networks delivering continuous moisture, and unplanned building. It is not just that shops exist below but that old pipes carry moisture that bonds the heavy gravel dust from unpaved streets. Cleaning must treat both moisture and heavy grit together.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Mahamid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
