We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Mahamid is old informal housing in east Jeddah with unpaved streets and ancient drainage pipes. A villa here faces coarse dry dust from unmade ground and open land belonging to neighbours. Coastal humidity adds another layer of complexity on top of the dry dust.
Villas in Al Mahamid combine the challenge of coarse dust from unmade ground, moisture from old drainage, and closeness to the coast, meaning cleaning is less stable than in a modern district. For the method itself, see our villa cleaning service in detail.
Unmade streets and open neighbour land send coarse dust in under doors constantly. This is not sea dust but relatively large particles of earth and sand, accumulating in the villa faster and heavier than in paved areas.
Ancient drainage pipes do not drain efficiently, and water may collect around the villa base. This means permanent moisture on low walls and floors near ground level, and mould may appear in bathrooms and kitchens. Moisture makes dust stick harder.
Al Mahamid is old mixed housing where shops, warehouses or workshops may be below or beside the villa. Odours cling to fabrics and furniture because of moisture, and cleaning the villa alone does not remove odours entering from outside. This needs regular ventilation.
An old-style district with earthen streets and narrow roads, and aged drainage that may leave permanent moisture in villa foundations. Untreated land around the area makes dust a continuous problem unlike paved neighbourhoods.
High surfaces in an old villa hold a layer of coarse and damp dust, and light reveals heavy accumulated grime on unfinished surfaces.
Stairs and handrails in an old district may be worn, and damp dust makes them dangerously slippery.
The kitchen in an old villa may be small with poor ventilation, and drainage odours may enter from below or nearby.
Bathrooms are the part most affected by moisture and old drainage, with mould and odours a permanent issue requiring regular attention.
Old windows and doors may seal poorly, with dust entering from every small gap around the frames.
External entrance and thresholds in an old area may be cracked from moisture, and cleaning must be careful not to worsen structural damage.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means shops may be below or beside the villa, and odours and fumes may enter from outside even after the villa itself is clean. This requires constant ventilation, not just cleaning.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Mahamid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
