We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Furusiyah in north east Jeddah is a new district around the equestrian club and Asfan Road. New villas and apartments stand on wide plots still under construction, surrounded by dirt roads and camps. Construction dust mixes with gravel from unpaved roads and activity from stables and rest houses nearby. Cleaning differs because dust comes from several directions and multiple sources all at once.
Villas and apartments in Al Furusiyah are surrounded by wide fields and dirt roads. These unpaved surfaces raise gravel and dust easily from any movement, wind or neighbouring work. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Furusiyah is surrounded by unpaved roads and wide terrain. Every passing vehicle raises dust and gravel. New villas receive this dust from all directions. Cleaning needs vigorous sweeping before any water touches surfaces, or gravel scratches and spreads.
Rest houses, camps and stables around Al Furusiyah attract daily activity. Cars, motorcycles and horses pass near the villas. This activity raises extra dust that spreads widely and settles on all surfaces.
Wide plots around the villas remain under construction. Any work on these land areas raises heavy dust clouds. New villas are surrounded by dust coming from all directions during the development phase.

Dirt road dust descends quickly on all surfaces. Vigorous sweeping from top to bottom removes most before washing, preventing gravel from scratching new floors during wet cleaning.
Fine gravel on all surfaces must be removed before washing. Wiping directly without sweeping scratches new ceramic and marble badly and permanently.
Glass on new villas holds fine gravel and dust mixed together. Sweeping gravel from all surfaces first, then washing glass, gives better clarity than trying to wash dust and gravel together.
Paint spatter on exterior and interior surfaces mixes with dirt road gravel. Removal needs sweeping first, then careful scraping to avoid spreading grit across the surface.
Stickers and adhesive on glass and tile stick harder due to dust and gravel. Removal needs care so no adhesive residue remains on new glass and surfaces.
Ceramic and marble floors need thorough sweeping before final washing. Leaving any gravel on them causes permanent deep scratches on new, soft finishes.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Furusiyah spreads near the Al Furusiyah Equestrian Club and Asfan Road, extending toward Saeed bin Amer Mosque. New villas and apartments around these landmarks face continuous dust and activity from dirt roads and surrounding camps, stables and rest houses every day.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Furusiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
