We treat the incense, not mask it
Bakhoor residue is cleaned out of the seating and curtains and off the walls, so fresh oud is not sitting on months of old smoke.

Al Furusiyah is a new district in east Jeddah beside the equestrian club and stables, surrounded by wide construction plots and open ground. The majlis here faces light desert dust and sometimes faint odours from nearby horses and rest houses, while moisture from the open land may leave faint grey marks.
Majlis rooms in Al Furusiyah hold faint odours from open land and horses on windy days, with pale desert dust spreading easily across surfaces. For the method itself, see our guide to majlis and diwaniya cleaning.
Open plots and nearby desert produce fine pale dust with little weight. This dust spreads onto surfaces easily but does not form a heavy layer, so regular light vacuuming and simple mopping keep the majlis fresh without intensive cleaning.
Nearby stables and rest houses may leave faint odours depending on wind direction. Strong ventilation and scenting before guests arrive remove this completely, and the problem is not constant or damaging.
Open ground may bring seasonal moisture but it is very light. You may see a faint grey mark in corners in winter, but it comes off easily with regular cleaning and does not persist.
A new district in north east Jeddah around the equestrian club and Asfan Road, bounded by Asfan Road to the north and Al Furusiyah Street to the west, with recent villas and apartment blocks among wide plots under construction, camps, rest houses and stables on its edges.
Ceilings and high corners in Al Furusiyah collect light desert dust, needing regular but not deep cleaning.
Furniture and sofas need regular but light vacuuming, and curtains and cushions need less frequent washing.
Glass and mirrors show light dust marks and need regular simple wiping.
Ceramic and marble floors need regular simple sweeping and light cleaning, without concern for scratching.
The guest bathroom is relatively clean but may need ventilation during seasonal dampness.
Ventilation and scenting are simple in Al Furusiyah because the setting is relatively clean and the air is dry.
Seating, carpet, curtains and surfaces, before anything starts, so we agree the scope and what the price covers.
Majlis seating and curtains vary from cotton to velvet and heavy weaves, and they do not take the same heat or product.
Before any water, on the seating and the carpet both.
Gahwa, cardamom and food are not one problem.
We choose the method after seeing each piece, loosen what has bound into the seating and carpet, and extraction pulls it straight back out with the water, in one pass, so nothing is left soaking in the foam.
We go back through the room with you.
Majlis rooms in Al Furusiyah sit near Al Furusiyah Equestrian Club and Asfan Road among wide open land and rest houses, and the open setting around horses and gardens shapes the straightforward and light cleaning approach needed.

We test the fabric on a hidden spot before we clean it.
The company runs several teams, and we send a team rather than one person.
If the seating needs reupholstering rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Furusiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
