We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Asalah is a recently established district in the far north of Jeddah near King Abdullah Sports City, between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway, bordered by Al Falah, Al Hamdaniyah, Taibah and Al Firdaws. Villas and apartment buildings are still being built out. Vacant plots and gaps between structures provide temporary habitat for wild insects, some roads are not yet paved and the drainage network is incomplete. Treatment here differs: we focus on blocking entry from gaps and neighbouring open ground rather than treating deep established nests.
The drainage and water network remain incomplete and foundation voids are very deep because construction has not finished, making it extremely difficult to trace insects to their origin points. For the method itself, see what pest control involves.
Large gaps and open land between new buildings provide natural habitat for wild insects. These pests migrate gradually into new buildings seeking water and food. In season pressure on occupied buildings increases, and treatment can reduce entry but cannot stop external insects from attempting to invade repeatedly.
Incomplete water and drainage lines in the district leave voids under foundations not yet backfilled, offering safe passages for insects from open ground into buildings. These routes may be the primary invasion paths and can be difficult to seal permanently.
Wadi Obhur runs through the district and temporary water lines may not be sealed tightly. Moisture from the wadi and leakage create ideal conditions for insects, especially after the rare rains the region receives.
A newly developed area with open plots and ongoing construction provides a transitional environment for wild insects before the district fully matures, meaning high seasonal risk particularly during transitional climate periods.
The developing environment and large gaps provide temporary habitat for wild insects, so inspection focuses on potential external entry routes rather than deep sealed nests.
Incomplete water and drainage networks provide safe underground passages, making exterior and perimeter treatment more essential than interior work.
Gaps around foundations and phased construction create new entry points continuously, so precise sealing may not be a permanent solution until building is complete.
Wadi Obhur and moisture from temporary leaks provide ideal insect conditions, requiring retreatment after each rainfall season.
Bait is densely positioned on the exterior perimeter and potential invasion routes, because most activity occurs in gaps and neighbouring open areas.
Follow-up focuses on the perimeter and external gaps more than interior, because insects may return from the developing and transitional external environment.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Al Asalah spreads between Wadi Obhur and King Abdullah Sports City, crossed by main roads that develop continuously. Work here requires precise knowledge of reaching gaps, vacant plots and potential external passages, particularly as construction and development continue across the district.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
